Anesthesia is a fundamental step for the success of dental treatment, and often the biggest obstacle to its realization with safety and comfort for the patient. It is necessary for the clinician, knowledge about the types of anesthetics used and their vasoconstrictors, as well as the techniques used for each case.
The course will cover all specialties where anesthesia is important for treatment: endodontics, dental surgery, periodontics, HOF, dentistry, implant dentistry.
Practical classes with mannequin and application of the different techniques covered, whether for maxilla or mandible.
It is expected that at the end of the course, the student will be able to choose the best anesthetics and the correct technique for each case, as well as know how to prevent and be able to work around the main accidents that can occur.
