Endodontics in Jundiaí.
Another partnership of the Carlos Ferrari Institute of Endodontics, this time in APCD Jundiaí. We are happy and honored with the invitation to coordinate courses in one of the most traditional regions of the State of São Paulo.
São Paulo Dental Association - Jundiaí Region
The Jundiai Dental Association was founded in 1928 and, as there were few dentists in the city, had a short life span.
On December 15th, 1936, was created the Jundiai Dental Surgeons Union, affiliating to the Union of São Paulo. This Syndicate started at Rua Barão de Jundiaí, where the Commercial Association used to be.
However, the dentists of Jundiai lacked an association that could congregate them in a class entity. It was then that a group of dentists from Jundiai, led by the late Dr. Antonio Luiz Zorzi, decided to found the Dental Association of Jundiai, on October 14, 1949, in the Rui Barbosa Reading Cabinet. Dr. Antonio Luiz Zorzi was its first president.
For a long time, the meetings were held at the Clube Jundiaiense, Gabinete de Leitura Ruy Barbosa, Escola Divino Salvador, among other spaces.
The dental surgeons got together in an effort, with dinners, snacks and others to raise funds and, during Dr. Clodoaldo Paulo de Souza's management, the headquarters in the Mariju Building was bought in 1970. Meetings, courses, social and sports events were held there.
But it also ended up being too small for the dentists. With the donation of the yard at Jardim Samambaia by the Jundiaí City Hall, and a great team of collaborators, on June 28th 1992 the current headquarters Dr. Isaac da Silva Bellini was inaugurated, at Av. Cesar Puglia, and under the command of the then President Dr. Hercules Tadeu de Moraes.
Since then, several expansions and improvements have been made, with the improvement and specialization courses, with a renowned team of teachers. Hundreds of professionals from the city and the region, and even from other states, have already qualified in our courses, not to mention the service provided to the population.
And, the APCD JUNDIAÍ REGIONAL continues with its purpose to promote, for its associates, up-to-date courses, top-notch lectures, besides social, cultural, sports, and leisure events.
