Recommended rotation speed: 250-400 rpm
Progressive movement in three waves (3 movements up and down) with upward circumferential camber movement.
Insert the rotary instrument into the root canal until a resistance can be felt.
Perform a circumferential brushing motion as you feel resistance to eliminate primary restrictions. Remove the file from the root canal, clean the grooves and irrigate the root canal. Then continue the progressive downward movement.
